“Thank you for arranging COVID-19 testing. It was very nice to get test results so quickly for travelers and my panicked husband who ended up with a sinus infection! Much appreciated.”
How It Works
ADx Healthcare offers rapid turnaround COVID-19 testing with real-time, online test reporting. Testing is completed at Northwest Laboratory, a CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited lab and is an FDA EUA-approved testing site for the reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test for SARS-CoV2 (COVID-19), required for most travel. The RT-PCR test is considered the current gold standard among COVID-19 tests.
This testing is open to everyone age 2 and up and no doctor’s referral or symptoms required. Appointments and payment are easily made online. At the appointment time you will enter the drive-through location where a medical assistant will supervise a self-swab for sample collection. This molecular testing uses a short swab for cells in the lower part of both nostrils, a process more comfortable but equally reliable to upper nasal passage testing. Same-day, same-hour appointments are possible, based on availability.
Once our lab receives your test specimen, it will be processed and reported on our HIPAA-compliant patient portal. Customers will receive an email notification of test results and can log-in through the portal to review, download and print the results. A medical doctor reviews all results.
ADx Healthcare is direct-pay only and does not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. If you have a Health Savings Account you may get reimbursed by your provider based on IRS guidelines.

ADx Healthcare works with local businesses, both big and small, to find the best testing approach tailored for your specific needs. Drive-through, on-site, or a combination of both are available, as well as access to an employer-specific portal to pre-register employees and have direct access to results if given permission by the employee. Your local business can be set up for on-site testing within a day or two and you can choose between a one-time test or an on-going screening testing routine based on your needs.
